Step By Step:
(1) Open Fiddler2.
(2) Please check the tab "Autoresponder"
(3) Tick "Allow unmatched passtrough for request" and "Enable automatic responses".
(4) Drag in Fiddler2 the downloaded file (XPTable.xml), to Autoresponder Box at Fiddler.
(5) Click on the "Save" button.
